The Québec Vipassana Centre, also called in Pali, Dhamma Suttama, meaning “the best of Dhamma,” is located halfway between Montréal and Ottawa/Gatineau, five kilometers north of Montebello. On this exceptional property, in a tranquil, open valley surrounded by forest, the centre can accommodate more than 100 students per course. Purchased in February 2011, the new centre continues to uphold the mission of the former Sutton centre established in 1999.

Courses resume in June with reduced participation and in compliance with the sanitary instructions issued by the Public Health.
Students are expected at the centre between 2 and 4 pm for the registration period and the orientation. The course ends the morning of the 11th day by 6:30 am.
Registration opens on the specified date at 5:00 a.m. during Standard Time and 6:00 a.m. during Daylight Savings Time.
Click the 'Apply' link to complete an application. Old students will have the option to serve or to sit the course.
Students may apply to sit no more than one 10-day course. Any additional applications will not be processed.

The online application form encrypts your information before it is sent from your computer to our application server. However, it may not be totally secure even though encryption is used. If you are concerned about the possibility of security risks of your confidential information while it is on the Internet, do not use this form and instead download an application. Print and complete it. Then please send the form to the course organizers at the address listed under the “Contact Us” Tab above. By faxing or posting your application form it may delay the registration process by one to two weeks.

十日特別課程只開放給認真修習此方法的舊生﹔ 舊生須至少完成五次十日課程，一次四念住課程，至少擔任一次十日課程全程法工，並持續修習此內觀法兩年以上。
因處理上需要一些時間，所以須要盡早呈交表格。學生如不懂英語或另一個課程語言，也可申請，但是否被錄取將取決於中心是否能夠提供所需的教材，適合的翻譯員以及得到課程老師的允許。
二十日課程只開放給認真修習此方法的舊生﹔ 舊生須至少完成五次十日課程，一次四念住課程，曾經當過一次十日課程的法工，並持續修習內觀兩年以上。
因處理上需要一些時間，所以須要盡早呈交表格。學生如不懂英語或另一個課程語言，也可申請，但是否被錄取將取決於中心是否能夠提供所需的教材，適合的翻譯員以及得到課程老師的允許。
三十日課程 只開放給認真修習此方法的舊生﹔ ，舊生須至少完成六次十日課程（一次十日課程是在第一個二十日課程之後），一次二十日課程，一次四念住課程，並持續修習內觀兩年以上。
因處理上需要一些時間，所以須要盡早呈交表格。學生如不懂英語或另一個課程語言，也可申請，但是否被錄取將取決於中心是否能夠提供所需的教材，適合的翻譯員以及得到課程老師的允許。
四十五日課程 只接受助理老師和為法服務的人﹔須至少完成七次十日課程（一次十日課程是在第一個三十日課程之後），兩次三十日課程，一次四念住課程，並持續修習內觀三年以上。
因處理上需要一些時間，所以須要盡早呈交表格。學生如不懂英語或另一個課程語言，也可申請，但是否被錄取將取決於中心是否能夠提供所需的教材，適合的翻譯員以及得到課程老師的允許。
舊生活動 類似中心維修期，進行中心各種維修,建築，室內與園藝工作，但有比較全面及結構化的計劃，及有機會和助理老師會面。委員和信託人會議也可能在這個時候進行。歡迎所有舊生 參與。每日作息將包括三個集體靜坐和早上與午後的工作時段。傍晚將會播放葛印卡老師以往給予舊生的特別講課及開示。
四念住課程作息時間表及行為規範和十日課程相同。不同處在於晚間開示會對四念住經文詳加說明。這是系統化闡述內觀的主要文本。此課程只開放給認真修習的舊生，須至少完成三次十日課程（不包括服務的課程）、自上一期的十日課程後未曾修習其它禪修/靜坐方法、已修習此內觀法最少一年。盡量在日常生活中維持靜坐練習及持守五戒，或至少從申請課程時開始這麼做。
中心維修期是為了進行中心各種維修,建築，室內與園藝工作而設的。歡迎所有舊生 參與。每日作息將包括三個集體靜坐和早上與午後的工作時段。某些傍晚將會播放葛印卡老師以往給予舊生的特別講課及開示。
